Translation: termination.
   When a ribosome reaches a stop codon, the A site accepts a release
   factor.  The  release  factor  releases  the  last  amino  acid of the
   polypeptide from the tRNA in the P. The two ribosomal subunits and the
   other components of the assembly dissociate.
